Anyone who’s into true crime has noticed the continuing parade of cold cases recently solved thanks to genetic genealogy. Although the most noteworthy case is the arrest of the alleged Golden State Killer, genetic genealogy has closed a series of unidentified decedent cases. So many of these cases can be solved by a one-two punch of broadened publicity and DNA.
